Domestic Shipping

Products will be shipped via Auspost. Tracking provided on purchase. Standard and express shipping are offered.

Standard delivery times are as follows:
2 – 5 business days (VIC & NSW)
3 – 5 business days (SA, ACT, QLD)
5 – 7 business days (WA, NT & TAS)
Please allow for an extra day or two for all rural deliveries.
These time frames are estimates only and shipping times are out of my control once the order has been sent.

International Shipping

Sorry, I do not have overseas shipping accessible through my site yet! Get in touch via email and we can try to arrange something.

In Person Collection

Artworks can be collected from my address in Geelong. Please make a prior arrangement via email.

CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO A P.O. BOX?
Yes, as long as your PO Box can accept parcels. If delivery to the PO Box is not accepted and returned, you are responsible for paying for re-shipping to a valid address.

I SUPPLIED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you supply an incorrect address and the item is returned, you will be responsible for paying for re-delivery of the item. Please check the order confirmation email when you receive it that the shipping address is correct. I am unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

DOES YOUR POSTAGE FEE INCLUDE INSURANCE?
No, please contact me if you would like added insurance.

Return Policy

I am currently unable to offer refunds for change of mind.

If your purchase arrives damaged, please email me with images of the damage within 30 days to arrange a refund or exchange. Shipping of the damaged artwork back to me is at your own expense and the original cost of delivery cannot be refunded.
